About

We're Enis and Serra, a team of two.

For more than six years we have worked remotely with online businesses: coaches, consultants, authors, podcast hosts and business owners. We build the systems behind their work and run them with them.

The people

Two people, each with a clear part of the work.

Enis

Martech specialist · Audio engineer

Enis builds the tech: website, funnels, CRM, email automation and AI integration. He is also an audio engineer and edits our clients’ podcasts.

Serra

OBM · Business strategy manager

Serra leads strategy and coaching, and manages our clients’ projects and teams day to day.

How we work

We start from the creative work and build the simplest system that carries it.

Your ideas, your voice and the way you work with clients are what your business is built on. Our job is to protect that time. We build systems that take the repeated steps off your plate, so the creative work gets more of your week, not less.

One team

The same two people build every part of the system, so we know how the parts connect.

One point of contact

You get a recap every week and always know what is next.

AI with a person in the loop

Models are set up with your brand voice, and one of us checks every piece before it moves forward.

Who we work with

We work with businesses built around one person's name.

Most of our clients run several things at once: 1:1 clients, a group program, a book, a show and talks on stage. We take on the work around it.

Discovery call · 30 minutes

The first step is a 30-minute call.

Or email us: [email protected]

  1. We listen. What you sell, how your clients find you and where your week goes.
  2. We tell you what to build first. At the end of the call you know what is worth building first.
  3. You decide. You decide after the call whether we work together.
